Measure description
URS has not found any evidence of a validation report. TerraPoint is stating that the data should have a 30 cm vertical accuracy (good enough for 2-ft contours following NMAS criteria); this is consistent with what URS has been able to find.

When the process occurred 2005-02-08
Description
FEMA provided the Corps of Engineers in 2004 with revised floating point LiDAR grids as quarter-quad areas. The GIS Center merged all these quads together to produce a seamless data set. 1. Produced hillshade a original DEM. 2. Visually inspected data and digitized an outline of potential problem areas. 3. Generated contours in many areas to confirm problems. 4. Developed a grid mask from digitized shapefile outline. 5. Reprocessed original DEM with mask to remove problem areas.
